We want you to adore your piece! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Items bought online may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to being returned (at your expense) unworn, and with all original labeling.

Please refer to the shipping page. All pieces are handmade, mostly to order, we appreciate and thank you for your patience. If you would like your piece by a certain date please do let us know. We deliver orders via Australia Post (Registered Express Post) that incurs a fee of $15.00 per delivery. Overseas delivery incurs a fee of $50 and the purchaser will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. Please specify when a parcel is to be delivered by a specific date and we will endeavour to have it there at that time.

Returns to be sent via registered express post to: LUONE, PO Box 106, Port Fairy, VIC, 3284, Australia. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return. We do not take responsibility for returned goods in transit. Naturally, your statutory rights are unaffected by our return policy. For all queries or returns we are happy to accept these at our store. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided.

LUONE respects your privacy and maintains the privacy of your information. LUONE will not provide any details about you to third parties, unless required to do so by law.

LUONE accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and transfers. All prices quoted on the LUONE website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Each piece of jewellery is displayed as accurately as possible however variations may occur. All LUONE pieces are handmade using sterling silver, gold, pearls & semi precious gems. Inconsistencies in colour, size and pattern of a gem may be noticed due to the original nature or cut of the stone. Please take care when wearing LUONE, our pieces are delicate and we cannot take responsibility for any breakages that occur through rough handling.
