We aim to have all orders made and dispatched within 3-20 working days. All pieces are handmade, timing will depend on whether or not the piece is in stock or needs to be made. We appreciate and thank you for your patience. If your piece will take longer we will notify you by email or phone. If you would like something by a certain date please do let us know.
We deliver orders via Australia Post (Registered Express Post) that incurs a fee of $15.00 per delivery. Overseas delivery incurs a fee of $50 and the purchaser will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. Please specify when a parcel is to be delivered by a specific date and we will endeavour to have it there at that time.
Returns to be sent via registered express post to:

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return. We do not take responsibility for returned goods in transit. Naturally, your statutory rights are unaffected by our return policy.
