Exchange & Returns
We understand that buying jewellery online is convenient, however it doesn’t give you the chance to try the piece on first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Items bought online may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to being returned (at your expense) unworn, and with all original labelling. We ask that you take appropriate care when posting items to avoid damage in transit, so please return goods via express post or registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods in transit. Please include a self-addressed express postal satchel if we are sending goods back to you. Naturally, your statutory rights are unaffected by our return policy.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return.
Display & Care of Jewellery
Each piece of jewellery is displayed as accurately as possible however variations may occur due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. All LUONE pieces are handmade using sterling silver, gold, pearls & semi precious gems. Inconsistencies in colour, size and pattern of a gem may be noticed due to the original nature or cut of the stone. Please take care when wearing LUONE, our pieces are delicate and we cannot take responsibility for any breakages that occur through rough handling.
Payment & Pricing
LUONE accepts Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard. All prices quoted on the LUONE website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Privacy Policy & Security
LUONE's online store offers a secure environment for purchasing, using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to the LUONE site. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between the respective servers/computers. Identifying credit card numbers are never stored on our web server. If you are not comfortable purchasing online, please call us on 0412 071 601 and we will process your order over the telephone. We will not provide your personal information to any third parties, except if required by law. We will, at times, use your contact information to notify you of important changes to the LUONE website or to inform you of special events and promotions which may be of interest to you.
